Cooking Guidelines: Defrost overnight in chiller and deep fry for 1.5 – 2 minutes at 180°C. The thawing products needs to consume in 48 hours. If frozen, deep fry from frozen for 5 minutes at 180°C until it turn golden brown and crispy. This product is fully cooked when the core temperature reached 75°C
