Cooking Guidelines: Defrost completely before cooking, once thawed needs to consume in 48 hours. Deep fry for approx. 3-4 minutes at 180°C or  Oven bake for 6 minutes each side at

220°C. This product is fully cooked when the core temperature reached 75°C.
